S/Y Arctica is fully equipped for long expeditions in Arctic waters for a crew of maximum 6 persons.

You only have to bring your scientific equipment, your film cameras, your computers, personal equipment and clothes, etc.

You should also bring one or two extra Zodiacs for daily expeditions out from Arctica. For them you need to bring the necessary amount of gasoline and oil.

For the daytrips you should bring a sort of waterproof suit (we recommend survival suits).

It is possible to rent Zodiacs and survival suits in Longyearbyen.

If you need to charge a lot of batteries etc. you should bring a small 220Volt generator. We recommend to bring 12V adapters for all scientific equipment - also computers.

If you plan to charter Arctica we will give you all the information you need about what to bring and not to bring dependent of the type of expedition you are going out on.
